Martha Morales

Ms. Martha Morales joined The LCP Group L.P. in November of 2023 as an Accounting & Finance Analyst, bringing over nine years of diverse experience to her role.

Prior to joining LCP, Ms. Morales served as Assistant Controller at Azerion, a prominent gaming company based in Amsterdam. In this role, she played a fundamental role in supporting finance controllers across various product entities, overseeing operational tasks, ledger reconciliations, and the critical month-end close process. Before her venture into the gaming industry, Ms. Morales was part of the assurance team at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). During that time, she delivered reliable support to senior team members, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements including the Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash flow, and footnotes.

Ms. Morales graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, magna cum laude, and she is fluent in Spanish.
