Ritz-Carlton Savannah
LCP originated a construction loan for the Ritz-Carlton Savannah, a luxury hotel development in Savannah, Georgia. The financing structure includes an A note provided by Knighthead Funding, LLC, and a B note issued through a joint venture between LCP and Siguler Guff & Company. Together with historic tax credit proceeds, a bridge loan, key money, and sponsor equity, the construction loan will fund a landmark adaptive reuse project in Savannah’s Historic District. Developed and owned by TMGOC Ventures, the project will introduce Savannah’s first Ritz-Carlton hotel.
