LCP’s EB-5 investment program raises capital from foreign investors to finance job-creating real estate projects in locations across the United States that are compliant with the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (“USCIS”). Through this program, LCP has capitalized more than $550 million in debt and equity transactions into more than 15 EB-5 development projects, with an aggregate value exceeding $5 billion. Investments in these projects have enabled over 1,100 foreign investors representing 30+ countries pursue a path to permanent residency in the United States.

And, we sponsor both public and private job-creating immigration investment projects by working with major owners and leading developers such as: Macklowe Properties, Landsea Holdings Corporation, Lexington Realty Trust, Urban Atlantic Development, China Overseas America (China Oversea Holding Limited), Forest City, and government agencies such as the District of Columbia Housing Authority.
