Peter Sullivan

Mr. Sullivan joined LCP in 2011 and currently is responsible for managing all aspects of LCP’s investment portfolio across real estate asset classes, including selecting and underwriting investments, managing finance and accounting, developing LCP’s investment strategies, and monitoring the allocation of capital and portfolio risks.

Previously, Mr. Sullivan was Executive Vice President, Acquisitions & Development for LCP’s hospitality transactions, including acquisitions for the accounts of the firm and the firm’s domestic and global institutional partners. In addition, he helped establish LCP’s EB-5 investment program and oversaw the origination of its portfolio of loans, preferred equity, and equity investments, as well as the creation of its industry-leading regional center platform.

Prior to LCP, Mr. Sullivan was an Acquisitions Analyst at Kadans Vastgoed BV, a private European real estate investment and development firm focused on built-to-suit warehouse, office, and bio-medical facilities. Mr. Sullivan participated in the acquisition of warehouse, retail, office, restaurant, and laboratory properties valued at over EUR 300 million.

Mr. Sullivan has a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
