
Patrick Carroll
Mr. Carroll joined the Board of Advisors of LCP in 2024 and focuses on assessing tenant credit quality. Mr. Carroll previously served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of LXP Industrial Trust from 1998 to 2019 and as its Chief Risk Officer from 2019 until his retirement in 2022. Prior to that, Mr. Carroll was a Senior Manager with Coopers & Lybrand, the predecessor to PricewaterhouseCoopers, for 11 years.
During his career, Mr. Carroll raised in excess of $4 billion in equity and corporate-level debt securities as well as obtaining the initial investment grade credit rating from the three major rating agencies for LXP.
Mr. Carroll, a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York State, has an M.S. degree in Taxation from Long Island University and a BBA degree in Accounting from Hofstra University.
