Jake McGuffog
Mr. McGuffog serves as an Associate within the Hotel Investment and Asset Management divisions at LCP. His primary responsibilities encompass the diligent research and financial analysis of hotel opportunities and the ongoing assessment of the firm's existing hotel portfolio.
Prior to his tenure at LCP, Mr. McGuffog held a position in the Capital Markets sector at Cushman & Wakefield, where he specialized in the sale of commercial real estate assets in Brooklyn and Queens, New York. His professional background also includes his previous role as an Associate Officer in AllianceBernstein's Private Wealth group, where he was responsible for overseeing and managing the assets of high-net-worth individuals.
Mr. McGuffog is an alumnus of the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business and is currently advancing his expertise through a Master's in Real Estate Finance at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate.
