E. Robert Roskind
Mr. Roskind is the founder and Chairman of LCP and the Chairman of Lexington Realty Trust. He founded The LCP Group, LP in 1973 and has been its Chairman since 1976. Mr. Roskind also serves as Chairman of Crescent Hotels and Resorts and as a member of the Board of Directors of Consonant Advisors, the asset manager for Invincible REIT, a Japanese real estate investment trust listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Mr. Roskind has a BS from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Columbia University.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Lively is the Chief Operating Officer of LCP. Prior to LCP, Mr. Lively served as Vice President and Counsel to Landesbank Baden-Wuerttemberg (LBBW) from 2011-2013. In his role, Mr. Lively led the restructuring and partial disposition of an approximately $4 billion commercial real estate loan portfolio and structured approximately $1 billion in commercial real estate loan originations. Before LBBW, Mr. Lively practiced law at Shearman & Sterling LLP advising on approximately $7.5 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Mr. Lively has a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA from Georgetown University.
Mr. Greene is the Managing Director of LCP’s EB-5 Group. Prior to LCP, Mr. Greene established the hospitality financing program at Textron Financial in 2005. Under this program, Textron Financial provided over $250 million in senior debt for hospitality development projects in the US, Canada and Mexico in chain scales ranging from economy to luxury. Before Textron Financial, Mr. Greene focused on project financing for infrastructure, sports and petrochemical projects for six years with JP Morgan Chase in New York and London, and for WestLB in New York. He completed advisory and banking assignments worth over $3 billion, including construction loans for AT&T Park, the American Airlines Center, and Wembley Stadium. Mr. Greene was Chief Financial Officer for a hedge fund investment manager, and started his career as an auditor for Arthur Andersen. Mr. Greene has a BA from Cornell University and an MBA from New York University.
Mr. Clark is the Managing Director of LCP’s Hospitality Group. He oversees deal sourcing through our network of off market intermediaries, brokerage firms, hotel consultants and owners. His responsibilities also include such disciplines as contractual negotiations, underwriting and transaction closing activities. Mr. Clark has spent over 30 years in the hotel business and has personally closed over $1.5 billion in hotel transactions. He has experience in all facets of hotel real estate including acquisition, disposition, construction, conversion and management agreements. He has been instrumental in the formation of a number of notable hotel firms including; HEI Hotels and Resorts, where he was Senior Vice President of Hotel Acquisitions and served a member of its Investment Committee; New Castle Hotels and Resorts where he was a Partner and in charge of all hotel development and acquisition activities. He has also held positions at Interstate Hotels and Resorts and Promus Corporation. Mr. Clark has a Masters in Hotel Administration from Cornell University (MPS) and a BA from Bates College.
Mr. Sullivan is an Executive Director of LCP’s EB-5 program. Prior to The LCP Group, Mr. Sullivan was an Acquisitions Analyst for Kadans Real Estate, a Dutch real estate investment firm focused on built-to-suit warehouse, office, and bio-medical facilities. Mr. Sullivan participated in the acquisition of warehouse, retail, office, restaurant, and laboratory properties valued at over EUR 300 million. Mr. Sullivan has a BS in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Richard D. Marquard
Richard Marquard is one of LCP’s EB-5 Group executive directors. Prior to joining The LCP Group, Mr. Marquard spent 10 years in the real estate finance division of Textron Financial Corporation, a specialty finance company and direct lender. During his tenure at Textron, Mr. Marquard held direct responsibility for all aspects of an investment relationship from origination and structuring, to relationship management, credit & underwriting, closing, and ongoing portfolio management and servicing. Mr. Marquard has an MBA from the University of New Haven and a BA in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
Keith began his professional career in the crude oil trading pits in New York, soon becoming the youngest floor trader in the coffee futures trading pit on the floor of the New York Board of Trade (NYBOT). After 11 successful years on Wall Street, Keith accepted a senior management role at National Theater for Arts & Education in 2005, the largest producer of educational theater programs in the United States. Having visited China as early as 1987, Mr. Thomas finally fulfilled his life-long dream to live in Asia with a permanent move to Mainland in 2010, serving as the international marketing director for a world-leading Chinese medical company expanding their American market. Keith now utilizes his combined experience across both continents to help Mainland investment find a suitable place in the competitive American market.
Ms. Ding is an analyst of LCP focused on hotel acquisitions. Prior to LCP, Ms. Ding was an analyst for capital service team at Massey Knakal Realty Services. Ms. Ding also served in InterContinental Greater China office before she came to United States. Ms. Ding has a BS in Tourism Management from Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade and a MS in Hotel Industry Studies form New York University.
